Zoning

Margaretta Township is zoned for the protection of it's residents.  All new construction requires zoning and building permits. 

Zoning permits are obtained thru the zoning office.  Building permits are acquired thru the building department.  

A zoning permit is REQUIRED prior to obtaining a building permit.  

Zoning permits must be paid by check or money order, cash will not be accepted.
