May 2006 USAR Training

Capt. Bill Mohr of the Sandusky F.D. instructs team members while they practice  making a opening in in a vertical reinforced concrete surface. A series of holes are drilled using an electric hammer drill then the space between the holes is removed with a jackhammer.
