I am honored to serve as the newest Fire Chief for The Margaretta Township Fire Department. I have been a member of the department as long as I have been a resident of this community. Over the years I have met many people in the community and my wife and I enjoy the area that we have chosen to call home.

I started my career right here in 1983 as a rookie firefighter, early on I knew it was the right place to be. I joined the Sandusky Fire Department in 1987 and served for over 24 years elevating to the rank of Captain. I served as the Assistant Chief for several years and prepared for the promotion to Chief. Over the years I have experienced many situations that have prepared me to serve in the position of Fire Chief.

I welcome you to visit your fire station and meet the personnel who have offered their time and expertise to the fire department. I can assure you that we stand ready to provide the highest quality of service that we can to protect you and your family and will continue to do so for your benefit.
