water tap in fee from $2000 to $2250. The motion for the increase was
defeated.
Keith said that he had not gotten any estimates for drainage projects in
Crystal Rock that could possibly be presented for grant money. He said he
contacted 2 people and only one came out. Keith felt it was going to be too
much red tape in order to get the estimates. Mr. Bias said that we need the
estimates in order to possibly get a grant. The trustees said the paperwork
needs to be in by the end of August. Keith said he would get some figures on
the project so that we can submit the paperwork for the grant.

Keith mentioned that water problem on the corner of Wahl Rd and Crystal
Rock Rd. again.
Mr. Kreager also mentioned the Lake Front Group filing a class action
suit trying to stop the State of Ohio saying that the high water land is
public land. They feel this is not right and that it should be that the low
water mark is owned by the public.
The trustees said our seal coat bid came in at 80/cents a sq yd, this
will put our current project at around $21,000.00. Mr. Riesterer also
mentioned that according to the bonding company, last years project (Heywood
Rd) may be redone due to not being done properly.
It was brought up that Bill Felske, who recently died, had been a past
Fire Chief for Margaretta Township. The trustees will send a memorial.

the last one we had submitted,
