Mr. Schueger from Wilson Ave. was at the meeting. He is
still concerned with the TiKi Bar and the noise level. He is concerned with
what will happen next year. Mr. Pooch said we have no zoning restrictions.
Mr. Schueger wants some restrictions on the noise and the number of weeks
they can run in the summer. The permits come from the state and the Sheriff
signs off.
Mr. Wm Lowery from Wilson Ave. was at the meeting. He said
he was told that someone had brought pictures of his property to a township
meeting a few weeks ago and he wanted to know if there was some problem. Mr.
Lowery owns 902 & 921 Wilson Ave. He said he has a trailer on his
property, but it is licensed and has a flat tire. It was explained that Mr.
Morgan had brought in a list and pictures with concerns. The trustees were
not sure if Mr. Lowery’s property was on the list. When Zoning Inspector
Tom Johnson arrived at the meeting he said that anyone who may have had an
issue would have received a letter. Therefore if Mr. Lowery did not receive
a letter there was no problem with his property.
Mr. Riesterer mentioned that he had talked to Huron
regarding dispatch. They plan on having the Sheriff Department dispatch for
them at night starting some time after Labor Day. This would also mean that
our dispatch would go through the Sheriff Department. They are addressing
our 684-5111 phone number. Chief Keimer has discussed this issue with Huron.
Huron’s City Manager will come here to explain the situation before it
happens.
Mr. Riesterer gave a report on the Economic Development

explained things going on at NASA.

not sure who did it, but Mr. Pooch thinks we’ll have a problem down the
road.
It was mentioned that Mr. Stierhoff is upset about a
camper that is parked at the end of Rockwood Dr. Jim suggests vacating that
section of land.
